Vinification of Pinot Gris Grand Cru Mambourg
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The grapes are gently pressed and the juice is clarified naturally at low temperature. Fermentation is slow and the wine is matured on its fine lees for a minimum of 9 months, giving it the richness and intense, complex expression of the world's greatest white wines.
