After an appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care and then matured for several months on fine lees to gain in structure and reveal their most beautiful aromatic expression.

Discover this emblematic Alsace grape variety, very expressive, with luscious notes of rose and exoticism. Attractive colour with soft golden highlights, aromas of dried fruit and banana, bearing witness to a fine maturity. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with a hint of freshness to prolong the pleasure.
