The bunches come from selected plots. After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.
A HISTORIC VINEYARD The CHATEAU DE KINTZHEIM vineyard has a very old reputation. Property of the town of Sélestat in the 16th century, it was sold in 1649 to its mayor, Jean Guillaume de Gollen and today property of the Humann family. The CHATEAU DE KINTZHEIM vineyard, with its magnificent exposure and the quality of its subsoil, produces this wonderful Pinot Gris, easy to drink, full-bodied and finely heady to enjoy on any occasion where you appreciate a great white wine.

Clay-limestone and alluvial soil. This Pinot Gris comes from vines of at least 35 years old managed in double Guyot.
